Hello – Starting January 1st I started a new diet and exercise regiment. I’m hoping to drop 50 lbs in the next 6 months.

Total Distance Walked: 5.2 miles = Calories Burnt 632
Here is what my activity looks like. My longest period of inactivity is between 1:30 pm and 3 pm when I am at work. Where I can make the best improvement is by going faster (the top speed while walking is 3.5 mph). Can do better. – Brian
