Running like a fool
I did not write about my Saturday run – because I was coming down with a cold and like a dope I tried to run anyway. Big mistake – I’ve been paying for it since.
Anyway my running time (28 minutes) was poor in general, but it was good considering that I was sick.
Hopefully I will recover by next week.

I hope you feel better. We just arrived in NJ. We stayed the night at Chou who picked us up from the airport. We are going down to mom’s today but we hope to get back to Morris County soon.
Take care,Kevin
Did Chou tell you that I swung by his house a couple weeks ago? He was in a rush – but wanted us to stop by another time. He also wanted to know if I knew anyone that was interested in a Minivan – he was selling. : )
Our door is opened to you – perhaps you can find the time to break bread with us.
It’s so hard to know when to exercise if you’re sick – sometimes it helps you get better faster, but sometimes it makes things worse. But generally you should listen to your body!
Are you only running once a week? What is your workout schedule like?
Hope you feel better soon!
@daniellehanley - - Because of my long commute to work, I can only do running on the treadmill during the week (2-3 days). Treadmills are good, but they not the same. Therefore Saturday is the only day I can run outside. As you can guess, so far this week I haven’t touched the treadmill.
@daniellehanley - Thank you for your kind words – I am starting to feel a wee bit better. : )
