  • Training update (third week)

     This week I realized that I should be recording my time.  I need to do this because my goal for training this time is to beat my 2009 half-marathon time of 2 hours and 15 minutes.

    3.1 m run (24:17), pace=7:48, 05/19/2009 (Wall Street Run) in NYC
    13.1 m run (2:15:31), pace=10:20, 03/21/2009 (Washington D.C. Half-Marathon)
    26.2 m run (4:35:00), pace=10:32, 03/26/2011 (Washington D.C. Marathon)
